Team of the Week

Craig Fowler from A View From the Terrace names his SPFL Team of the Week, with four-goal Euan Henderson the star man!

GK - Joe Lewis (Aberdeen)
The Dons custodian made a few important saves against Dundee, including a spectacular fingertip stop from Danny Mullen, to preserve a clean sheet and help earn a vital victory for Aberdeen.

DEF - Nicky Devlin (Livingston)
The full-back impressed again as Livingston defeated Hibs 1-0 in a battle of the two teams best positioned to finish top of the cinch Premiership bottom six.

DEF - Ross Graham (Dundee United)
United look almost certain to grab one of the two remaining European spots after defeating Motherwell 1-0 on Saturday. Dylan Levitt got the goal and impressed in the centre of the park but we're going for his young team-mate who again stood out at the back.

DEF - Liam Henderson (Arbroath)
Some players were rested but Arbroath were relentless on Friday evening as they swept away Morton with a 3-0 win which should give them plenty of confidence going into the play-offs. Henderson caught the eye with some excellent passing from the back.

MID - Euan Henderson (Alloa Athletic)
Another Henderson and this one gets our star-man award! The Hearts loanee scored an incredible four goals for the Wasps in their 4-1 come-from-behind win over Montrose. What made the result most impressive is that Alloa played for 70 minutes with 10 men after Andy Graham was sent off.

MID - Alex Gogic (St Mirren)
A driving performance from the Cypriot midfielder was a big factor in St Mirren getting the result that all but guarantees their safety in the cinch Premiership with a 1-0 win at St Johnstone.

MID - Paul Smith (Ayr United)
An excellent display from the youngster helped Ayr United secure their cinch Championship status as they defeated Partick Thistle 3-1 at Somerset Park on Friday night.

MID - Tom Walsh (Inverness CT)
Two goals and two assists from the outstanding winger gave Inverness a real shot in the arm going into the play-offs as they thumped Hamilton Accies 4-0 in the Highlands.

FWD - Dale Carrick (Stirling Albion)
One team who didn't give themselves a confidence booster going into the play-offs were Edinburgh City, who lost 5-0 at Forthbank. Carrick netted an 11-minute hat-trick in the first half to finish the season as the Binos’ top scorer with 11 goals.

FWD - Mitch Megginson (Cove Rangers)
The current SPFL top scorer signed off with a brace to take his tally to 18 league goals as Cove ended the season with a remarkable 26-game unbeaten run as they defeated East Fife 3-2 in Methil. The hosts were, coincidentally, the last team to beat the champions in cinch League 1.

FWD - Kristoffer Syvertsen (Dumbarton)
A goal and a superb performance from the forward helped raise the spirits of the Sons as they beat Clyde 2-1 three days before tonight's crucial first leg with Edinburgh City in the play-off semis.
