East Stirling’s midweek goal hero against Montrose, Fraser Team will be back in the Junior ranks tomorrow as Shire head coach Jim McInally looks to continue his education.
Team was recently loaned to Vale of Clyde in order to get match experience, however McInally recalled him on Tuesday night for the encounter at Links Park as he was short of bodies.
Team repaid McInally by coming off the bench to score right at the death to seal a 2-0 win with McInally saying, “Playing for Vale of Clyde will hopefully do Fraser some good. He is a talented player but he is young and has not really played against men before. Sending him to the Juniors will be good for him in that regard.”
“I was delighted to see him score against Montrose and we want to see Fraser move on from here and become a better player for us.”
