Brechin City are continuing their interest in Spanish defender Edu Cruz and striker Liam Buchanan, who was with East Fife last season.
Cruz played against Aberdeen and Montrose in the Glebe Park side's pre-season games, with former Cowdenbeath, Partick Thistle, Dunfermline, Sligo Rovers, Airdrie and Ayr frontman Buchanan helping set up Saturday's winner against the Gable Endies.
Brechin boss Ray McKinnon said: "We will continue looking at our trialists this week as they have done really well in games and training. There are still some places available in our squad for next season and these guys are in a good position to secure them."
