Cove Rangers thumped Stirling Albion 7-1 at Forthbank to go 13 points clear in Ladbrokes League 2. Mitch Megginson scored twice to take his tally of SPFL goals to 24 for the season, level with Dundee United’s Lawrence Shankland. Elgin are up to third place after edging out play-off rivals Cowdenbeath 3-2 at Borough Briggs.
