Tully makes double signing

East Stirlingshire have signed former Elgin City captain David Niven and ex-Stranraer striker David McKenna.

Niven, who can play in midfield or defence, was previously with Ross County while McKenna can count St Mirren, Stirling Albion and Brechin among his former clubs.

New Shire boss Craig Tully said: "These are two great signings for us and I am delighted to bring both players to the club."

Midfielder Paul McMullan and goalkeeper Richie Barnard recently joined from Elgin and Camelon Juniors while Michael Bolochoweckyj, David Greenhill, Graeme MacGregor, Nathan Shepherd, Jordan Tapping, Chris Townsley and Max Wright are retained from last season.
