All the goals came in the second half, with Scott McDonald (2), Billy King, Scott Fraser and Bilel Mohsni all on target against Brechin City.

Falkirk hit back to inflict a rare home defeat on champions St Mirren with a 2-1 success at the Paisley 2021 Stadium. Myles Hippolyte gave Saints the lead from the penalty spot but Joe McKee and Craig Sibbald struck for the Bairns with time running out.

Stenhousemuir edged closer to sealing a play-off place in Ladbrokes League 2 with a 0-0 draw against Berwick Rangers at Shielfield.
