The 29-year-old famously scored the winner in the 2015 Scottish Cup final against Falkirk and was previously with Kidderminster Harriers.
Vincent moved on to Dundee in 2016 and spent time on loan with Dunfermline Athletic before being released by the Dark Blues at the end of the season.
