Martyn Waghorn marked his return to the starting line-up by netting a double as Rangers beat Hamilton Accies 2-1 on Friday night.
The former Wigan striker broke the deadlock with a superb header just before half-time at the SuperSeal Stadium. Waghorn scored from close range early in the second half and Rangers held on despite Dougie Imrie pulling one back with 13 minutes left.
It was a third straight win in the Ladbrokes Premiership for Mark Warburton's men as they moved seven points clear of third-placed Aberdeen.
