Hearts winger Jamie Walker has signed a new contract that will keep him at Tynecastle until 2017.
The Scotland U21 internationalist made his debut in August 2012 and has scored five times in 56 appearances.
Meanwhile, defender Callum Paterson has had minor knee surgery after being injured in last weekend's 3-1 win over Annan Athletic in the first round of the Petrofac Training Cup.
Manager Robbie Neilson said: "It's a huge relief that Callum isn't out for longer - we believe he will return to the training field in a couple of months."
