Ladbrokes Premiership

Wednesday round-up

Midweek wins for Celtic, Rangers, Hibernian and Hamilton Accies but fog halts play at Rugby Park...

Odsonne Edouard scored a stoppage-time winner as Celtic beat Hearts 2-1 at Tynecastle to stay eight points clear in the Ladbrokes Premiership.

James Forrest opened the scoring for Neil Lennon's team and the home side had Jamie Brandon sent off before the break. Oliver Bozanic equalised from the penalty spot but Edouard came off the bench to score the winner in added time.

Second-placed Rangers saw off Dundee 4-0 at Ibrox thanks to goals from Glen Kamara, James Tavernier, Alfredo Morelos and Jermain Defoe.

George Oakley and Mickel Miller were on target as Hamilton Accies shocked Aberdeen 2-0 at Pittodrie to move out of the relegation zone.

Hibernian came from behind to beat St Johnstone 2-1 at McDiarmid Park with a Marc McNulty double, one a penalty, despite having Vykintas Slivka sent off. Chris Kane had given Saints the lead after 15 minutes but Hibs hit back in the second half.

The Rugby Park clash between Kilmarnock and Motherwell was abandoned early in the second half due to fog, with the score 0-0.
