There's another big weekend of football coming up in the SPFL - we pick out four matches to look out for in fixture round eight…

Celtic v Hibernian - Ladbrokes Premiership
The top four in the Premiership are all in direct opposition this weekend, with second-placed Aberdeen at home to St Johnstone in third. Leaders Celtic take on Neil Lennon's Hibernian side who climbed to fourth with a 1-0 win at Ross County last week. Brendan Rodgers' men go into the game on the back of a superb 3-0 victory over Anderlecht in the Champions League. This is the first meeting between the teams since January 2014, when a Kris Commons double helped Celtic to a 4-0 triumph at Easter Road.

Dunfermline Athletic v Dundee United - Ladbrokes Championship
There's a huge game in prospect at East End Park as the leaders host the title favourites, who are two points behind in third spot. The Pars have won three out of three at home in the Championship while it's been a win, a draw and a defeat for United on their travels. Second-placed St Mirren will hope to keep up the pressure by beating bottom club Brechin City at the Paisley 2021 Stadium.

Albion Rovers v Raith Rovers - Ladbrokes League 1
Raith Rovers are unbeaten and have a six-point lead over Arbroath and Ayr United as they seek an immediate return to the Championship. They travel to Coatbridge to face Brian Kerr's men, who have lost all three home games so far but have won four out of four on the road. Can they get it right at Cliftonhill and upset the odds against Barry Smith's team?

Stirling Albion v Elgin City - Ladbrokes League 2
The free-scoring Binos have a five-point lead over Peterhead at the top of the table but were fortunate to beat Annan 3-2 at Forthbank last weekend. Dave Mackay's men have won six out of seven games but will be tested by an Elgin team who beat Montrose 3-0 at Borough Briggs in their last outing and are just a point outside the top four.
