@splstats looks at some of the numbers behind the weekend games:

6007 Hamilton Accies' 2-0 defeat to Celtic on Saturday was watched by a crowd of 6,007, which is a record attendance for the Lanarkshire side since they moved to New Douglas Park. It was the first time the crowd had exceeded 6,000 – the previous record was 5,898, which was set in a 1-0 defeat to Rangers in February 2009. Accies' average league attendance for the season is now 2,962, which is more than double what they pulled in for last season's campaign in the Championship.

16 St Johnstone's 2-0 victory over Partick Thistle was their sixth win in their last seven matches at McDiarmid Park in all competitions. Saints extended their unbeaten home run against Thistle to 16 matches – they have picked up 11 wins and five draws in those games, and  have kept 10 clean sheets in the process. The Glasgow side's last win in Perth came in November 1993, when goals from Albert Craig, Gerry Britton and Roddy Grant handed Thistle a 3-1 win.

5 Hibernian's 5-0 victory over Cowdenbeath extended their unbeaten home run to nine league matches, and moved them five points clear of fifth-placed Falkirk in the battle for the play-off places. The last time the Hibees won a league match at Easter Road by five or more goals, the Arctic Monkeys topped the album charts with their debut offering “Whatever You Say I Am, That's What I'm Not”.  That success came back in February 2006, when Livingston were thumped 7-0 thanks to goals from Derek Riordan (2), Steven Fletcher (2), Chris Killen, Garry O'Connor and a Dave Mackay own goal.

13 Brechin City's 2-0 victory over Stranraer at Stair Park moved Ray McKinnon's side to within five points of their opponents at the top of the table. Brechin are now unbeaten in 13 matches in all competitions, equalling their best run of the last decade, which was set under Jim Weir in 2010/11. It was a fourth consecutive victory for City – the last time they managed four in a row came at a similar stage of the 2012/13 season, and that run also featured a 2-0 win at Stair Park.

3 Annan Athletic's 3-1 victory over East Stirlingshire was just their second away win of the season, and both have come against the Shire at Ochilview. Peter Weatherson scored all three goals – it was just the third league hat-trick scored by an Annan player since they were elected to the SFL in 2008, and two of them have come against the Shire. Annan's first SFL hat-trick came when centre-back Scott Gibson netted three times in a 3-2 win at Montrose in September 2011, and their second was scored by David Hopkirk in a 5-2 win over East Stirlingshire at Galabank in October 2012.
