Weekend preview

A look ahead to Saturday's games in the Premiership and Championship

There are four rearranged matches in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday, with this weekend having originally been set aside for round three of the Scottish Cup.

Celtic take on St Mirren at Celtic Park, with both sides having won in midweek, while Livingston are aiming to extend their unbeaten run to 13 matches when they host Aberdeen for a fixture that has twice been beaten by the weather.

Dundee United and Hibernian are hoping to bounce back from defeats on Wednesday when they square up at Tannadice while Kilmarnock and St Johnstone are level on points in the bottom half of the table as they prepare to meet at Rugby Park.

There's a full card of matches in the Scottish Championship. Heart of Midlothian have a nine-point lead over second-placed Dunfermline Athletic, who visit Tynecastle on Saturday and it's fourth against third as Raith Rovers play Dundee at Stark's Park.

Morton, who are just outside the play-off places, welcome bottom club Arbroath to Cappielow while Queen of the South are looking to maintain their good run of form against Inverness CT in the Highlands. Ayr United face Alloa Athletic at Somerset Park in the day's other game.
