Weekend preview

There are only five SPFL matches this weekend due to the third round of the Scottish Cup

Scottish Championship
Dunfermline Athletic slipped out of the play-off places after losing 5-1 at Raith Rovers in the Fife derby on Tuesday. The Pars host leaders Hearts - who went down 3-2 to Queen of the South last weekend - having beaten Robbie Neilson's men at East End Park in November. Hearts are 10 points clear of Raith Rovers at the top and need a maximum of six more points to clinch the title.

There's a massive match at Gayfield in Saturday's other Championship fixture as ninth-placed Arbroath face an Alloa Athletic side who are four points adrift at the foot of the table.

Scottish League 2
Leaders Queen's Park have a seven-point advantage at the top going into Saturday's game against third-placed Stirling Albion. The match is being played at the Spiders' temporary home of the Falkirk Stadium following their departure from Hampden. Ray McKinnon's side are unbeaten in the league this season while the Binos have suffered just one defeat.

Annan Athletic welcome promotion-chasing Elgin City to Galabank while Cowdenbeath host Albion Rovers, with just two points between the teams who are sitting eighth and ninth.
