Weekend preview

We look at some of the key numbers ahead of a big weekend of football across all four divisions of the SPFL...

2 Celtic have a two-point lead at the top of the Ladbrokes Premiership going into Sunday's game away to Hibernian, live on Sky Sports. Celtic won the last meeting 4-2 in October but lost 2-1 on their last visit to Easter Road in April.

20 Livingston have picked up 20 points at the Tony Macaroni Arena this season from six wins, two draws and one defeat - only Celtic have a better home record in the Ladbrokes Premiership. Livi get the weekend action under way when they host Hearts on Friday, live on BT Sport at 7.45pm.

8 St Johnstone are on a run of eight games without defeat in the Ladbrokes Premiership going into Saturday's home game with Motherwell, who have a poor recent record at McDiarmid Park. Tommy Wright's team are in fifth place, just five points off the top.

1 There is just one point between Ladbrokes Championship leaders Ayr United and second-placed Ross County as the pair prepare to meet at Somerset Park on Saturday. The Honest Men are unbeaten at home while the Staggies have lost just once on their travels.

4 There's a big game at The Energy Check Stadium at Firhill as Partick Thistle take on an Alloa Athletic side one place and one point below them. The Jags have won four and lost four of their eight home games so far while the Wasps have drawn four times on the road.

13 Arbroath are 13 points clear at the top of Ladbrokes League 1 going into Saturday's game away to Airdrieonians. Dick Campbell's side are unbeaten and have won 13 of their 16 matches. They are also the leading SPFL scorers with 42 goals.

17 Kevin Nisbet of Raith Rovers is the leading SPFL scorer in terms of league goals, with 17 so far this season. The former Partick Thistle forward is one ahead of Ayr United's Lawrence Shankland and two clear of Queen of the South's Stephen Dobbie.

2 Edinburgh City remain two points in front of Peterhead in Ladbrokes League 2 after a 1-1 draw at Ainslie Park on Tuesday. Both teams are at home this weekend - James McDonaugh's men host Elgin City while Jim McInally's team welcome Cowdenbeath to Balmoor.

5 Stirling Albion are unbeaten in five matches in Ladbrokes League 2 since Kevin Rutkiewicz lost his first game as Binos boss to Edinburgh City at the end of October. Their opponents at Forthbank on Saturday are Albion Rovers, whose only win so far was against Stirling in September.

9 Ayr United and Celtic have kept most clean sheets in the SPFL this season, both shutting out their opponents on nine occasions.
