All the odds on the weekend games in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League

All the odds on the weekend games in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League:

Celtic v St Mirren
The Bhoys are the form side in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League over the last five games and are 1/4 to win again. St Mirren have done well of late but are 12/1 to pull off a shock. If you fancy a low-scoring affair then under 2.5 goals at 13/10 might be tempting. William Hill also offer a range of coupled first goalscorers – eg you can back Kris Commons/ Gary Hooper to score first at 5/4.

Dunfermline v Aberdeen
Dunfermline are 19/10 to take all three points
while Aberdeen, despite being a point behind and the away side are slightly shorter at 11/8. Scott Vernon is going to be the target man for the visitors and he is 5/1 to bag the first goal. Dunfermline gave Celtic a late scare with a consolation goal in midweek and are 15/2 to come from behind and draw.

Hearts v Inverness CT

Hearts are 10/11 against the bottom club but that reflects their recent problems in scoring goals. Caley Thistle are a 16/5 shot and are handed a boost by the fact Greg Tansey’s red card against Celtic last week has been overturned.

Kilmarnock v Rangers

Rangers have won 14 SPL away games on the trot and are 1/2 to make it 15 at the venue where they clinched the title in May.  Nikica Jelavic is 11/4 to score first while Kyle Lafferty is 4/1. Draw half-time/Rangers full-time is 16/5 while Killie are 11/2 to win the game.

Motherwell v Dundee United

Both sides come into this game on the back of wins and Motherwell are 6/5 to triumph despite some indifferent home form this season. Dundee United are 11/5 to take the points. This could be a game with goals and over 2.5 at 10/11 looks good when you consider recent meetings.

St Johnstone v Hibernian

Hibs travel to Perth to face a Johnstone side who will be flying after their 0-0 draw at Ibrox. The visitors are 3/1 to claim victory in Pat Fenlon’s first match in charge. The hosts are Evens while the draw looks an attractive option at 9/4.
