East Fife boss Barry Smith has signed midfielder Paul Willis from Ladbrokes League 1 rivals Albion Rovers.
The 25-year-old has also previously played for Dunfermline Athletic and Berwick Rangers, as well as the Methil club.
Willis now returns to Bayview and will hope to help East Fife push for promotion after they narrowly missed out on the play-offs in 2016/17.
