Hibernian caused a League Cup third-round upset by beating Ladbrokes Premiership leaders Aberdeen 2-0 at Easter Road on Wednesday evening.
Derek McInnes' side headed to the capital on the back of eight straight league wins but it was Alan Stubbs' men who came out on top, thanks to goals in the last eight minutes from Jason Cummings and Dominique Malonga.
Hearts are also through to Monday afternoon's quarter-final draw after a dramatic 3-2 victory at Rugby Park. A Josh Magennis double - either side of an Alim Ozturk goal - looked to have sent Kilmarnock into the last eight but Juanma equalised in the last minute and Sam Nicholson grabbed the winner deep into stoppage time.
League Cup holders Celtic overcame Raith Rovers 2-0 at Parkhead thanks to goals from Kris Commons and Stefan Johansen, who sealed the win late on.
