Airdrieonians have brought goalkeeper Colin Stewart to their club on a one year contract just 3 months after the 33-year-old starred against the Diamonds as a trialist for Cowdenbeath.
Stewart began his career at Kilmarnock and had spells at Ross County, Partick Thistle, Livingston and Morton before returning from a coaching spell in Qatar earlier this year and he played for Stranraer and the Blue Brazil on trial.
Diamonds boss Jimmy Boyle said: “Colin’s experience makes him a valuable addition to our squad, and I am looking forward to seeing him between the sticks.”
