Edinburgh City have parted company with manager Alan Maybury, the cinch League 1 side has announced.
Edinburgh sit at the foot of the table after claiming two points from their eight league matches to date.
Maybury led the club to promotion from cinch League 2 in season 2021/22, beating Dumbarton and then Annan Athletic in the play-offs.
A club statement read: "Alan will always have a part in the club’s history having taken us to League One for the first time.
"We want to wish Alan all the best for the future and appreciate everything he has done for Edinburgh City. We will now begin a rigorous search for our next appointment.
"Both Mark Kerr and Adam Cairnie will take charge for this weekend's fixture with Kelty Hearts."
