Declan McDaid opened the scoring with a superb strike from outside the box early in the second half and Luke McCowan quickly added the second goal.
McDaid sealed a comprehensive win with a fine finish and Livi were denied even a consolation when Jack Hamilton sent a penalty against the crossbar with 10 minutes left.
