Former Arbroath, Cowdenbeath and East Fife manager Dave Baikie has returned to football management just 2 months after a parting of the ways with Linlithgow Rose.
Baikie has been appointed as the manager of East Premier League side Ballingry Rovers and he has brought in Graham Irons as his assistant manager and Derek Carr as a coach.
Baikie made his name as a Junior boss before joining Arbroath in 1997 and he remained there for 3 seasons and successfully led them out of the Third Division.
After leaving following a disagreement over funding Baikie returned to the junior ranks with Tayport before returning to the SFL in 2004 as manager of Cowdenbeath.
Baikie was then appointed manager of East Fife in 2006 and led them to the Third Division title in 2008 before leaving less than a year later.
After a short spell out of the game he joined Linlithgow and guided them to their 2010 Scottish Junior Cup final victory before leaving last November.
