Barry Ferguson will lead Rangers on an interim basis until the end of the 2024/25 season, the Ibrox club has announced.
The former Rangers captain and Hall of Fame inductee will take charge of the team following the sacking of Philippe Clement in the wake of the 2-0 defeat to St. Mirren.
Ferguson will be joined in the dugout by former players Neil McCann, Billy Dodds and Allan McGregor as well as existing coaching team member, Issame Charai.
Rangers travel to face Kilmarnock on Wednesday night, live on Sky Sports.
The club sit second in the William Hill Premiership table, 13 points behind league leaders and city rivals Celtic.
