The 32-year-old Hungary internationalist has been without a club since leaving Liverpool in the summer and now links up with Jack Ross' team ahead of Saturday's Ladbrokes Premiership game against Motherwell in the capital.
Bogdan has also previously played for Vasas in his homeland, as well as Bolton Wanderers, Crewe Alexandra and Wigan Athletic.
