Cameron hopeful of playing in Play-Offs

Shielfield manager hopes his side make play-offs

Berwick Rangers 41-year-old player/ manager Colin Cameron is desperate for his side to make the Play-Offs in order that he can get his boots on again this season.

Cameron picked up a hamstring injury against Stirling Albion 10 days ago and he reckons that will rule him out until early May however if his side can overcome a 5 point deficit to Clyde and Stirling Albion in their last 3 games the former Scotland internationalist reckons he will be ready for the play-offs.

Cameron said: "I was told I would be out for a month when I was injured and that takes me to early May. It is a tall order for us to make the play-offs however if we can win over next 3 games we have a chance especially as Stirling Albion and Clyde play each other on the final day of the season."

"Of course getting fit and getting into the team are two different things. If we win four games in a row and make the play-offs then I may not get back into the side."
