Brendan Rodgers' side took the lead through a Luis Palma penalty before substitute Yankuba Minteh equalised with eight minutes remaining.
However Celtic substitute Gustaf Lagerbielke headed home in the final minute to give the Scottish champions their first win in Group E
Celtic claimed four points from their six group stage matches.
Atletico Madrid and Lazio progress to the next stage of the competition while Feyenoord will play in the UEFA Europa League.
