McLaughlin, 21, is a left-back who was previously with Ross County, Forfar Athletic and Dumbarton and moves to Glebe Park after a spell with Stirling Lions in Australia.
McIntosh, 22, is a midfielder who was with Celtic as a youngster and joins the Ladbrokes League 2 club from Airdrieonians.
