Glebe Park boss Barry Smith has brought in former Livingston and Airdrie midfielder Ross Brown, who was most recently with Berwick Rangers.
Brechin have also signed former Dundee United centre-half Scott Reekie - the 19-year-old makes the move north from Falkirk.
