Philippe Clement has been named Scottish Premiership Glen's Manager of the Month.
The Rangers boss led his side to January wins over Kilmarnock, Hibernian and St Mirren and they are now just three points behind leaders Celtic with a game in hand.
Since taking over in October, Clement has also guided the Ibrox club into the last 16 of the Europa League and delivered Viaplay Cup success.
Next up for Rangers is a home match against Neil Warnock's Aberdeen on Tuesday, live on Sky Sports with an 8.00pm kick-off.
