The game will be played at Dalymount Park on Saturday February 2, 2019, with a 3.00pm kick-off. The winners will be away to Ross County in the semi-finals.
A new date for the Ladbrokes League 1 game between East Fife and Arbroath - due to be played on February 2 - will be announced in due course.
