Goalkeeper David Hay, who was voted as the IRN-BRU SFL Player of the Month for last September after starring between the sticks for Cowdenbeath has joined Junior side Linlithgow Rose.
Hay was let go by the Central Park side at the end of the last and Prestonfield manager Dave Baikie has stepped in to sign the one time Brechin City shot-stopper.
