Wasps boss Jim Goodwin has brought in former Stranraer, Dunfermline Athletic and Dumbarton winger Andy Stirling from Queen of the South while ex-Dundee United, Dumbarton and Brechin City striker Robert Thomson makes the move from Morton.
Alloa had already announced the signing of Raith Rovers forward Liam Buchanan as they prepare for another season in the Ladbrokes Championship.
