Dumbarton beat Edinburgh City 3-1 at Ainslie Park in the first leg of the Scottish League 1 play-off final on Monday evening.
Robbie McIntyre fired Gary Naysmith's men in front just before half-time but Ryan McGeever, Tomas Brindley and Morgyn Neill all scored for Jim Duffy's team after the interval.
