Dumbarton and Clydebank are to re-stage one of Scottish football’s keenest fought Derbies when they take each other on in a pre-season Friendly. The Second Division will send a side will to the now Junior outfit at Holm Park in Yoker on Thursday, July 21 for a 7.15pm kick off.
Sons Chief Executive Gilbert Lawrie said, “This used to be a really popular fixture when both sides faced each other in the Scottish Football League. We hosted a game between the sides last season and are looking forward to sending a team to this game.”
