Dundee drew 0-0 with Cove Rangers at the Kilmac Stadium this evening to edge two points clear of Queen's Park at the summit of the cinch Championship table.
The top two will meet in a title decider at Ochilview next Friday, with the Spiders having the chance to go top if they beat Morton at Cappielow tomorrow.
Tonight's result lifted Cove off the foot of the table at the expense of Hamilton Accies and to within two points of eighth-placed Arbroath.
