Morton’s summer signing from First Division rivals Raith Rovers, Willie Dyer, faces a delayed start to the league season after picking up a training that will rule him out for up to 6 weeks.
The 25-year-old has damaged his ankle ligaments with manager Allan Moore saying, “It is a real blow for Willie as he wanted to get his Morton career off and running. Thankfully we have Jordan Halsman that can cover and allow Willie to be fully fit for his return.”
