Central defender Joe Mbu, who spent the last 5 years at Cowdenbeath and skippered them in Divisions One, Two and Three has joined East Fife following his release from Central Park.
The 31-year-old former Scotland Junior internationalist played more than 100 times for the Blue Brazil following his move from Whitburn in 2008 and spent part of last season on loan at Stenhousemuir before an ankle injury cut short his season.
Mbu said: “I am delighted to be joining East Fife and cannot wait for the season to start.”
