East Fife have signed Dundee United midfielder Scott Allardice on a one-month loan deal.
The 19-year-old joins the Ladbrokes League 1 side ahead of Saturday's game against second-placed Ayr United at Somerset Park.
Darren Young's team are sixth in the table, seven points outside the top four.
