The return leg is at Ibrox next week, with a place in the last 16 on March 11 & 18 at stake.
Steven Gerrard's side topped their section ahead of Benfica, with four wins and two draws, while Antwerp qualified for the knock-out stage as runners-up to Tottenham Hotspur.
