Motherwell manager Jim Gannon has boosted his attacking options by signing 20-year-old Lukas Jutkiewicz on loan from Everton until January.
The English-born Pole has had previous loan spells at Plymouth and Huddersfield, having started his career with Swindon and will wear the No 9 jersey at Fir Park.
Jutkiewicz, who is contention for a place in the side against Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Saturday, told the official Motherwell website: "I want to use the time productively, hopefully impress David Moyes, and do well for Motherwell at the same time.
"I’d consider myself quite physical - the type of striker who doesn’t give defenders any room or time to manoeuvre. I try to hold the ball up for the team to get up the pitch."
