There's a local derby at the Falkirk Stadium this evening as Falkirk host Stirling Albion in a cinch League 1 fixture postponed from Saturday due to the Binos' Viaplay Cup tie with Aberdeen.
Darren Young's men pushed Aberdeen all the way in the last 16 at Forthbank on Friday night, with Greig Spence scoring their goal in a 2-1 defeat.
Albion have made a perfect start to their first season in League 1 since 2014/15, beating both Edinburgh City and Alloa Athletic by 1-0 scorelines.
Falkirk kicked off their campaign with a comfortable 3-0 home win over Annan Athletic then drew 2-2 away to Cove Rangers in their last outing on August 12.
This is the first league meeting of the teams since April 2011 when the Bairns won 2-1 in a First Division match at Forthbank with goals from Mark Millar and Tam McManus.
