Stevie Farrell has been named League 1 Glen's Manager of the Month for September after steering the Sons to two wins and a draw from their three matches.
Dumbarton thrashed East Fife 5-0 and won 2-1 at Falkirk before ending the month with a 1-1 draw against Alloa Athletic.
Farrell joined the club from Stranraer in the summer and the Sons ended the first quarter of the campaign just three points behind leaders Queen's Park.
