Fit again Forfar midfielder Darren Brady played for the first time in over a year when he came on as a substitute during Saturday’s 3-2 defeat at Alloa after Loons manager Dick Campbell decided to stop protecting the player.
Campbell said, “After so long out I have been treating Darren with kid gloves and I thought I would be protecting him by not including him on the artificial surface at Recreation Park. He had been playing well enough in reserve games to be included so we had a chat and I put him on the bench. I was delighted to put him on for the last 20 minutes.”
