Former Scotland youth defender Ryan Finnie who was released by Hamilton Accies at the end of January has joined League 1 Champions Rangers.
The 18-year-old left New Douglas Park after 8 years at the club and five appearances in the Accies first team with Finnie, who played for Scotland at under-16, 17, 18 and 19 age levels, also having a successful loan spell at Dumbarton in 2012.
Finnie made his debut for the Ibrox side’s under-20 team in an away game with Hibs on Tuesday and picked up an ankle knock however he expects to return to fitness quickly.
