Former Morton defender Stewart Greacen has agreed to sign for League 1 Stenhousemuir in January, with the Warriors seeing off interest from Arbroath and Ayr for his services.
The 31-year-old had spells at Airdrie, Livingston and Forfar and joined Morton for a six-year spell before stints at Derry City and Glentoran.
Ochilview manager Martyn Corrigan said: “I will be delighted to get Stewart on board as we have been looking for an experienced centre-half for a while. Stewart fits the bill perfectly and I am sure he will make a difference to our side.”
