The match is live on BBC Scotland, kick off 5.45pm as Scotland international John McGinn returns to his former club.
Lee Johnson's team defeated Luzern in the previous round while Unai Emery's side qualified for the competition after finishing in seventh position in the Premier League table.
The second leg takes place at Villa Park on Thursday, August 31 (Kick off 8pm).
