Hibernian hit back to beat Alloa Athletic 2-1 at the Indodrill Stadium and book their place in the Betfred Cup semi-finals on the weekend of January 23/24.
The Wasps led at half-time through a Paul Hanlon own goal but a Christian Doidge double turned the tie round in the second half.
In the night's other quarter-final, St Johnstone beat Dunfermline Athletic 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw at East End Park. Both goals came in extra time, with Shaun Rooney's opener cancelled out by Iain Wilson.
