The attacking midfielder joins Florian Kamberi (Grasshopper Club Zurich) and Adam Bogdan (Liverpool, loan) at Easter Road ahead of the new season.
The Scotland U21 internationalist told the club website: "I didn’t get much game time last year and I want to be back playing. The recruitment team at Hibs and the gaffer made me feel really wanted, which made me feel this was the ideal place for me."
