Elgin boss Ross Jack may look to get a new striker on-board after learning that giant front man Paul Millar could be absent for a further six weeks due to the Olympics in London.
The six foot nine inch RAF fire-fighter was enlisted at short notice as part of the security team for the games in the Capital and he has now been informed that he could be required for the Paralympic games that run from August 29 to September 9.
Jack said, “We thought Paul would only be away at the start of the season but it now looks like he will be away for the first few league games as well. There is nothing we can do to have him back with us earlier so I may have to use the budget I have left to get someone else in.”
