Jackson joins Forfar

Forfar Athletic have signed experienced striker Andy Jackson on a two-year deal following his departure from local rivals Brechin City.

The 31-year-old former St Johnstone forward had a loan spell at Station Park back in 2006 and now returns as Jim Weir's first signing of the summer.

Meanwhile, player/assistant manager John Baird has left the club to start a new life in Australia.
